Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and business development team orders into the Criterion CRM.
• Field inbound and outbound calls from clients and process orders.
• Engage in email communication with clients.
• Address issues with other departments to resolve problems.
