Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a project coordinator to support deployment operations for data-center supply chain initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, and help ensure timely delivery while preparing basic reports for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a business-focused degree, 2–4 years of experience, and familiarity with project management practices. PMI/PMP is a plus. Remote-friendly with occasional on-site meetings in Redmond, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 2–4 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
