• High school qualification or equivalent with datacenter/misiion-critical environment exposure.
• 1+ year of end-to-end datacenter construction project delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of construction management, including cost, schedule, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to engineering, R&D, financial systems, product roll-out, and datacenter construction projects.
• Develop and maintain best practices to identify and implement cost-effective solutions across operations construction projects.
• Manage vendor and internal partner selection, contracting, and integration to support project delivery.
• Drive deployment of scalable solutions for construction and operations projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Facilitate decision-making to support project solutions, schedules, and change management.
