Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 2 in Redmond, WA (Remote with onsite PST-hour flexibility). You will coordinate multi-team projects, manage detailed plans, and ensure timely deployments for data center supply chain activities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in project coordination within operations or supply chain, a BS/MS in Engineering/CS/SC, and PMI/PMP is a plus. This role offers remote work with periodic on-site collaboration and benefits from a global workforce

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination and execution, with a focus on operations, supply chain, procurement, asset management, or related environments.
• Experience supporting supply chain-related deployments (2-3 years).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones on time (1-2 years).
• Experience providing operational and fulfillment support for data center supply chain activities (1-2 years).
• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain; PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and directing technical activities across teams.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders to keep work on track.
• Support execution of supply chain-related deployments by coordinating cross-functional efforts and milestones.
• Provide operational and fulfillment support for data center supply chain activities, including escalation as needed.
• Assist with light reporting to support readiness, execution tracking, and deployment cycle time performance.
