Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through assessments.

The role requires autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. On-site position with direct collaboration with technical leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year recruiting with BA, 2+ years with AA, or 3+ years with no degree.
• Proficient in candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, candidate screening, pipeline management, and consultative partnership with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring leaders to define technical requirements and priorities.
• Source passive candidates through outreach, networking, and research.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, career alignment, and communication skills.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interviews.
