Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a hands-on DevOps & Automation Engineer to design, build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure and automation that support software development and delivery in Redmond, WA.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, scripting, deployment automation, and engineering tools, and is comfortable troubleshooting complex issues across multiple technologies. On-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on DevOps, CI/CD, or build/release experience (2+ years).
• Strong Python and scripting skills; cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate build, test, packaging, deployment, and release processes.
• Develop Python scripts and automation tools for workflows.
• Provision and maintain Azure cloud resources and dev environments.
• Support source control, build systems, artefact management, and releases.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration automation.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and health checks; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve deployment workflows.
