Job summary

The Lookout Way is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to orchestrate the end-to-end implementation of the Lookout Care Suite for large, complex customers. This role bridges technical architecture with executive business goals to drive a successful digital transformation for Aged Care and NDIS partners.

In this high-visibility position, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, and communicate with C-suite stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and value

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering software implementations in mid-sized orgs.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and architecture understanding.
• Experience integrating HRIS, Finance and Payroll systems.
• Background in Aged Care and/or NDIS is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large-scale implementations, managing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Establish relationships with executive leadership and boards, providing governance reporting and risk mitigation.
• Become an expert in the Lookout product ecosystem and translate architecture into actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops to identify opportunities for operational uplift and value activation.
