The Lookout Way is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to architect end‑to‑end Lookout Care Suite implementations for large clients in the Australian Aged Care and NDIS sectors. You will align technical architecture with executive business goals and drive a successful digital transformation.

You will bridge software delivery with leadership communication, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining a strategic, outcomes‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering software implementations within mid‑sized organisations.
• Strong understanding of system design and the SDLC, with hands‑on experience integrating HRIS, Finance, and Payroll systems.

Responsabilités

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large‑scale implementations with budgets.
• Establish relationships with executive leadership and boards, with high‑level governance reporting.
