Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering software implementations in mid-sized organisations leading projects with enterprise-grade rigor and real-world constraints.
• Strong understanding of system design and the SDLC; hands-on experience with HRIS, Finance and Payroll integrations.
• Experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS environments; regulatory compliance, rostering, clinical delivery, and financial processes overlap daily.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering projects within defined timeframes with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain clear, relevant criminal history checks.

About the Role

As our Project Delivery Lead, you won’t just be "managing tasks"—you will be the strategic architect behind the end‑to‑end implementation of the Lookout Care Suite for our largest, most complex customers. You will bridge the gap between technical system architecture and executive‑level business goals, ensuring that our partners in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors aren’t just installing software, but undergoing a successful digital transformation.

This is a high‑visibility role requiring a rare blend of technical depth and "C-suite ready" communication. Your mission is to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences on time and within budget.

The core responsibilities of the role include:

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large‑scale implementations, managing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Establish deep‑rooted relationships with executive leadership and boards, providing high‑level governance reporting and proactive risk mitigation.
• Become an expert in the Lookout product ecosystem. You’ll translate complex system architecture (APIs, BI tools, and integrations) into sequenced, actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate high‑impact workshops and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for operational uplift and value activation.

• 5+ years’ experience delivering software implementations within mid‑sizedorganisations(e.g. SaaS vendors, agencies)leading projectsthat balance enterprise‑grade rigor with real‑world operational constraints.
• Strong understanding of system design and the SDLC, with hands‑on experience integrating HRIS, Finance, and Payroll systems in organisations where systems, teams, and budgets must work closely together.
• Experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS environments is highly regarded, particularly within providers where regulatory compliance, rostering, clinical delivery, and financial processes intersect daily.
• Highly developedemotional intelligence, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical language for non‑technical stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Proven experiencemanaging and delivering projects within definedtimeframes,working withcross functional teamswhereadaptabilityandcollaborationarecritical to success.
• Ability to obtain andmaintainclear, relevant criminal history checks.
