The Lookout Way Pty Ltd. is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to architect end-to-end implementations of our Lookout Care Suite for large, complex clients.

You will bridge technology with executive goals, driving digital transformation in Aged Care/NDIS sectors across Australia from a remote-capable position. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on governance, risk mitigation, and scalable processes that

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience delivering software implementations in mid-sized organisations (e.g. SaaS vendors, agencies).
• Experience integrating HRIS, Finance, and Payroll systems.
• Experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS environments is highly regarded.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain clear, relevant criminal history checks.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.

About the Role

As our Project Delivery Lead, you won't just be 'managing tasks' - you will be the strategic architect behind the end-to-end implementation of the Lookout Care Suite for our largest, most complex customers. You will bridge the gap between technical system architecture and executive-level business goals, ensuring that our partners in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors aren't just installing software, but undergoing a successful digital transformation.

This is a high-visibility role requiring a rare blend of technical depth and 'C-suite ready' communication. Your mission is to lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences on time and within budget.

The core responsibilities of the role include:

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large-scale implementations, managing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Establish deep-rooted relationships with executive leadership and boards, providing high-level governance reporting and proactive risk mitigation.
• Become an expert in the Lookout product ecosystem. You'll translate complex system architecture (APIs, BI tools, and integrations) into sequenced, actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate high-impact workshops and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for operational uplift and value activation.

• 5+ years' experience delivering software implementations within mid-sized organisations(e.g. SaaS vendors, agencies)leading projects that balance enterprise-grade rigor with real-world operational constraints.
• Strong understanding of system design and the SDLC, with hands-on experience integrating HRIS, Finance, and Payroll systems in organisations where systems, teams, and budgets must work closely together.
• Experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS environments is highly regarded, particularly within providers where regulatory compliance, rostering, clinical delivery, and financial processes intersect daily.
• Highly developed emotional intelligence, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Proven experience managing and delivering projects within defined timeframes, working with cross functional teams where adaptability and collaboration are critical to success.
• Ability to obtain and maintain clear, relevant criminal history checks.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.
