The Lookout Way is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to orchestrate the end-to-end implementation of the Lookout Care Suite for large, complex customers. This role bridges technical architecture with executive business goals to drive a successful digital transformation for Aged Care and NDIS partners.

In this high-visibility position, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, and communicate with C-suite stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and value

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering software implementations in mid-sized orgs.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and architecture understanding.

About the Role

As our Project Delivery Lead, you won’t just be “managing tasks”—you will be the strategic architect behind the end-to-end implementation of the Lookout Care Suite for our largest, most complex customers. You will bridge the gap between technical system architecture and executive-level business goals, ensuring that our partners in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors aren’t just installing software, but undergoing a successful digital transformation.

This is a high-visibility role requiring a rare blend of technical depth and “C-suite ready” communication. Your mission is to lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in‑class customer experiences on time and within budget.

The core responsibilities of the role include:

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large-scale implementations, managing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Establish deep-rooted relationships with executive leadership and boards, providing high-level governance reporting and proactive risk mitigation.
• Become an expert in the Lookout product ecosystem. You’ll translate complex system architecture (APIs, BI tools, and integrations) into sequenced, actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate high-impact workshops and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for operational uplift and value activation.

• Strong understanding of system design and the SDLC, with hands‑on experience integrating HRIS, Finance, and Payroll systems in organisations where systems, teams, and budgets must work closely together.
• Experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS environments is highly regarded, particularly within providers where regulatory compliance, rostering, clinical delivery, and financial processes intersect daily.
