Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering software implementations in mid-sized organisations (SaaS vendors, agencies)

Responsibilities

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for large-scale implementations, managing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Establish relationships with executive leadership and boards, providing governance reporting and risk mitigation.
• Translate complex system architecture (APIs, BI tools, integrations) into sequenced, actionable deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget, driving customer success.
