CPP in Western Australia is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing WA team. You will provide coordination and administrative support across the project lifecycle, from tendering and bids through to project execution.

This varied role combines tender coordination, document management and reporting, with the opportunity to support current projects while helping win future opportunities across Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Bid Coordinator or similar project support role.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy projects is valued.
• Experience supporting tender submissions, bid preparation or project delivery activities.
• Understanding of project lifecycles, documentation and delivery processes.
• Strong document management, reporting and administrative coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Visio; ability to produce professional presentations and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and bid submissions, including compiling documentation and managing submission requirements.
• Coordinate tender inputs, schedules and supporting information with project delivery and estimating teams.
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, correspondence and administrative requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, registers and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare reports, presentations and client-facing documentation using PowerPoint and other systems.
• Coordinate project information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide general project coordination support to senior management and the WA operations team.
