Join our Western Australian team as a Project Coordinator to support tendering, bids, documentation, and project execution across WA. You will coordinate inputs with project delivery and estimating teams, maintain records, and prepare client presentations,

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Bid Coordinator or similar project support role.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or renewables projects.
• Experience supporting tender submissions, bid preparation or project delivery activities.
• Understanding of project lifecycles and documentation processes.
• Strong document management, reporting and administrative coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio and PowerPoint; ability to produce professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and bid submissions, compiling documentation and managing submissions.
• Coordinate tender inputs, schedules and supporting information with delivery and estimating teams.
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, reporting and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate project records and document registers throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare professional reports and client-facing documentation using PowerPoint and other systems.
• Coordinate project information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
