Nex Building Group in Brisbane, Queensland, is seeking a remote Contracts Administrator for Residential Construction Projects. This full-time Pre-Construction Administrator role manages the entire pre-construction process from contract through to site start, ensuring documentation and approvals are complete and on time.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, maintain accurate records in CRM, and drive orderly, compliant files ready for construction.

Competenze

• 3 years (+) experience in residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and documentation.
• High level organisation and document control skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Mansioni

• Prepare and coordinate all documentation from contract signing through to construction commencement.
• Track and manage building approvals, certifications, and authority requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams including sales, estimating, drafting, and construction.
• Coordinate with external consultants including surveyors, engineers, and certifiers.
• Maintain accurate client and project records within CRM and internal systems.
• Review all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Lodge applications with councils, developers, QBCC, and QLeave.
