Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. seeks a dedicated Change Manager to guide people through change across RAC’s Insurance Division and the Digital Experience Program.

Based in West Perth, the role partners with project teams, leaders and stakeholders to deliver a varied portfolio of change initiatives and provide support across enterprise programs with flexible hybrid work options. Qualifications

• Proven experience applying change management principles and tools to diverse initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple levels.
• Ability to tailor approaches for varying contexts and delivery environments.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in uncertain or evolving environments.
• Experience delivering communications and training to support readiness and adoption.
• Collaborative and flexible team player with a drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver change management strategies and plans tailored to each initiative.
• Support a varied portfolio of strategic, project and operational change activities.
• Partner with project teams, leaders and stakeholders to understand impacts and readiness.
• Lead implementation of smaller change initiatives while guiding large-scale programs.
• Provide practical advice on change approaches, tools and techniques.
