Job summary

Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Policy Acknowledgement Tracker to manage acknowledgements for internal policy distribution. This remote, full-time role tracks who has acknowledged, outstanding responses, and updates the distribution list.

You will handle reminders, verify emails, flag duplicates, and prepare status summaries for the document owner. No HR or compliance background required; training provided.

Qualifications

• No HR or compliance experience is required.
• Customer service, office administration, list maintenance or volunteer coordination experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Compare an assigned distribution list with incoming acknowledgement records.
• Update the online tracker for confirmations and pending responses.
• Send courteous reminders according to the provided schedule.
• Check returned emails and report addresses that need correction.
• Identify duplicate names or uncertain confirmations for review.
• Keep the current document link in the approved communication.
• Prepare a simple status summary for the document owner.
• Route policy-content questions to someone authorized to answer them.
