Ideal candidates have 5+ years of medical device sales experience, strong account development skills, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong business development and account growth capabilities.
• Resilience, tenacity and commercial acumen.

Aufgaben

• Own Melbourne-based territory with Western Melbourne and regional Victoria.
• Build hospital networks and earn trust with physicians across key public and private hospitals.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Support cases in person, acting as a trusted partner in the procedure room.
• Participate in an on‑call roster and provide support for urgent and unplanned procedures.
