Job summary

Calmerceuticals in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Head of Content & Creative Strategy to own the content engine, shaping messaging, production workflows and AI tooling for high-volume creative that performs.

You will lead strategy, collaborate with in-house media buyers, diagnose why ads win or fail, and translate insights into the next wave of concepts, landing pages and offers. You’ll build and coach a team of writers, editors, designers and creator managers to deliver scale with quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years driving growth for 8- and 9-figure eCommerce brands, in-house or at an agency.
• Proven ability to connect creative to commercial results.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and production machine, deciding what gets made.
• Work with in-house media buyers to diagnose ad performance and scale concepts.
• Turn messages into landing pages, offers, and product page messaging.
• Build and lead the writers, editors, designers and creator managers required for volume.
• Develop a robust creative testing framework and data-driven feedback loops.
