Searchability is a fast-growing Australian digital agency focused on ecommerce and performance marketing. We are seeking a Performance Director to lead our paid media and ecommerce offerings for high-profile brands.

You will manage a team of performance specialists, oversee significant media budgets, and work with senior clients to establish KPIs, budgets and growth strategies. You will use analytics and automation to drive continual improvement of results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of performance marketing experience in an agency or high-growth environment.
• Strong expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social and eCommerce.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing large client budgets.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and wider paid media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance marketing strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce brands.
• Lead the Paid Search, Paid Social and ecommerce activity to achieve commercial objectives.
• Manage and develop a team of performance specialists and oversee large media budgets.
• Set KPIs, budgets and growth strategies with senior clients; translate data into insights.
