Job summary

ifindtalent is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service Officer to join a national law firm from a remote location. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, manage high-volume inquiries, gather information, and guide applicants through the enquiry process with professionalism and empathy.

The role is part-time (minimum 20 hours per week), remote after onsite training in the Sydney CBD, with a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a high-volume call centre or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately capture information.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and respond to prospective client enquiries.
• Make outbound calls to website enquiries and referral leads.
• Gather information, ask questions and complete detailed enquiry forms.
