Job summary

Audika Australia is recruiting experienced outbound call centre professionals to join our Customer Care team. You will make promotional outbound calls, follow up on leads, and manage appointments across our clinic network from anywhere in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre setting, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to client needs.
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls as part of promotional campaigns (free hearing tests, trials, adjustments).
• Follow up on leads and rebook lapsed clients.
• Book and manage clinic appointments in CRM and internal systems.
• Update client records accurately and consistently.
• Handle high volume inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed contact centre KPIs (calls per hour, bookings, quality).
