Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns and schedule free hearing tests.
• Follow up on leads and rebook lapsed clients.
• Book and manage clinic appointments using CRM and internal systems.
• Update client records accurately and document information.
• Handle high volume inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed contact centre KPIs (calls per hour, bookings, quality scores).
