Audika Australia is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Customer Growth Team. You’ll engage with customers, convert inquiries to appointments, and deliver compassionate care.
This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with one fortnightly NZ shift, and offers a hybrid work model after training and probation. After probation, you can work from home up to two days per week.

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Growth Team - supporting customers through meaningful conversations that improve lives through better hearing.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working five days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, plus one shift per fortnight from 12:00pm to 8:00pm to support our New Zealand customer base.
The role offers a hybrid working environment. After completing the first three months of training and induction, you will be able to work from home one day per fortnight. Following the successful completion of your six-month probation period, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
