Qualifikationen

• Background in operations, practice management, or admin VA roles in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping basics (GST, BAS, payroll, super, month-end).
• Hands-on ClickUp experience (dashboards, workflows, templates).
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online or MYOB.
• Systems-oriented mindset with respect for existing frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Organise, assign, track, and monitor tasks through ClickUp.
• Monitor team capacity and ensure work meets client deadlines.
• Maintain organized documentation and filings in Google Workspace.
• Assist the CEO with operational planning, prioritisation, summaries.

• Conduct preliminary quality checks on reconciliations and work papers.
• Monitor scope adherence and flag out-of-scope work.
• Assist with aging receivables and other internal matters.
• Support onboarding of new team members to company tools and workflows.
