Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Operations Lead in Australia to own end-to-end operations for a fast-growing consumer brand preparing for international expansion.

You will build processes, systems, and a partner network to support growth across markets and channels, overseeing demand forecasting, purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment while balancing product availability and working capital.

Qualifications

• Several years of operations, supply chain, or logistics experience with physical products.
• Direct responsibility for inventory, purchasing, warehousing, or delivery performance.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, procurement, production, and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain and inventory planning across channels.
• Oversee domestic and international freight, customs, warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Monitor costs and service levels to optimize the fulfillment network.
• Ensure reliable deliveries to retail partners and manage displays and claims.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and documentation.
• Develop customer operations tools and policies using feedback.
• Coordinate purchasing, production, transportation, and sales cross-functionally.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate requirements for new markets including warehousing and compliance.
