Jobgether SRL in Australia is seeking a Head of Procurement to build and lead a global procurement function from the ground up. You will own strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations across a fast-growing international business with 200+ destinations.

The role requires senior leadership, international contract negotiations experience, and a track record of cost optimization while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in a fast-growing tech/scale-up environment.
• Proven ability to build procurement functions, policies, and vendor management processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global procurement strategy to support expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners for favorable terms.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes and governance.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend for cost savings without sacrificing quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations.
• Create scalable vendor management workflows and accountability structures.
• Partner with finance, product and operations to align procurement with business goals.
• Develop processes to handle increasing complexity and international expansion.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and opportunities with sound analysis.
