Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new business partners.
• Collect KYC docs, ownership details, and required materials.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy, follow up as needed.
• Enter partner information into CRM and internal systems, keep records up to date.
• Coordinate with Compliance to review documents and resolve escalations.
• Monitor onboarding case progress and communicate delays to partners and internal teams.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding to ongoing support.
• Handle confidential information per privacy and security procedures.
• Identify onboarding pain points and suggest process improvements.
• Track activity and timelines to support efficiency and reporting.
• Utilize AI tools to assist research and administrative tasks.
