Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in Australia for a fully remote freelance role. You will guide new members from corporate clients through personalized onboarding sessions, introducing them to relevant training opportunities and platform features.

Your mission is to create a welcoming, engaging first experience, helping users identify training that matches their development goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to explain information clearly and engage users.
• Customer-oriented mindset with genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with ability to take initiative and follow through.
• Basic technical proficiency with digital platforms, online tools and communication software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and ability to adapt to different learning needs.
• Reliability, organization, and ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Nice to have: coaching/onboarding/training or customer support experience.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LMS, HR tech, SaaS, or digital training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions with new members to introduce them to the platform and its learning opportunities.
• Guide users through the platform, explain features, and help identify relevant training courses based on interests and goals.
• Encourage engagement by motivating users to explore resources and book their first training session.
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, providing timely guidance and support.
• Understand individual learning preferences and tailor communication accordingly.
• Provide feedback on onboarding challenges and engagement barriers to improve the experience.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment where members feel welcomed and motivated.
