Shift is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide customers from application to settlement, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll assess applications, decide within scorecard frameworks, and match Shift products to client needs.

Based in North Sydney, the role offers hybrid work with at least three days in the office weekly, collaborating with business owners and brokers to position Shift competitively in the market.

Formación

• Experience in lending or sales within financial services.
• Ability to position Shift’s products in a competitive market.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CRM, loan origination and onboarding platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist business owners and brokers in identifying the most suitable product based on needs and circumstances with expert knowledge on Shift’s products.
• Explain key features and benefits of Shift.
• Own the customer onboarding journey, including registration and compliance requirements for onboarding.
• Make credit decisions within authority levels.
• Maintain accurate records and systems.
• Answer inbound customer calls as part of a rotating roster within the team.
• Comply with lending guidelines and regulatory obligations.
