Job summary

MyIntegra is seeking a remote-based NDIS Support Coordinator based in Darwin, with some client visitations. You will assist participants in implementing plans, coordinate services, and manage administration to high standards while building relationships with government bodies and disability groups.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to develop and retain networks.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator
• Allied Health qualification or Cert IV or similar
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to clients
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist NDIS participants with implementing their plans and coordinating services
• Complete required administration to standard and ensure compliance
• Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies and disability groups
• Promote MyIntegra and generate interest in support coordination, including presentations to Local Area Coordinators and providers
