MyIntegra, part of the APM Group, seeks an NDIS Support Coordinator. This remote role is based in Perth, with occasional client visits. You will assist participants in implementing NDIS plans, coordinate services, and manage essential admin to standard.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients.
• 6–12 months experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
• Allied Health qualification or Certificate IV in Allied Health/Disability/Aged Care.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Experience with complex family health issues is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing NDIS Plans and coordinating services.
• Complete administration to required standard and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability groups.
• Develop and retain networks of stakeholders.
• Promote MyIntegra and generate interest in support coordination.
