MyIntegra, part of the APM Group, is seeking a remote NDIS Support Coordinator based in Sydney to support participants across Australia, with occasional client visits.

You will assist participants with implementing NDIS plans, coordinate services, and build relationships with disability bodies, Local Area Coordinators, and providers. The role combines independent work and team collaboration, with opportunities for professional development and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their plans and coordinating services.
• Complete administration to required standards and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies and disability groups.
• Develop and retain networks with Local Area Coordinators and providers.
• Promote MyIntegra and generate interest in support coordination with stakeholders.
