Job summary

MyIntegra is seeking a proactive NDIS Support Coordinator based in Melbourne with remote work and occasional client visits. You will coordinate NDIS plans, engage with clients and stakeholders, and promote MyIntegra's support coordination services across Australia.

You will manage administrative tasks, build networks with disability groups, and deliver presentations to Local Area Coordinators and service providers. The role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
• Allied Health qualifications or Certificate IV.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their plans and coordinating services.
• Complete administration to required standard with full compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies and disability groups.
• Promote MyIntegra and generate interest in support coordination, including presentations.
• Travel to clients as required.
