Job summary

MyIntegra is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to assess needs and coordinate support for participants referred to our services. While the role is remote, you will be based in Sydney with occasional visits to clients.

You will build relationships with service providers, manage plan implementation, and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their NDIS Plans and coordinating services.
• Complete necessary administration to required standards and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability groups.
• Take ownership of developing networks and retaining them.
• Promote MyIntegra and generate interest in support coordination under the NDIS.
