Job summary

MyIntegra is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to assess needs and coordinate supports for participants referred for coordination services. The role is remote, but based in Sydney with some visits to clients.

You will facilitate plan implementation, manage admin, and build relationships with government bodies and disability groups. Success requires empathy, strong communication, excellent organization, and ability to generate leads and maintain stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Assist NDIS participants in implementing their NDIS Plans and coordinating services
• Complete administration to required standard and ensure compliance
• Maintain and develop relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability groups
• Develop and retain networks with stakeholders
• Promote MyIntegra to the market and generate interest in support coordination, including presentations to LACs, Disability Service Providers and groups
