Job summary

Jc'S Quality Foods is seeking a Territory Manager in Sydney to drive sales growth, educate customers, and lead product launches. The role includes base salary, super, and a car allowance, with uncapped commissions on OTE.

Weekend on-call compensation is paid, and there is flexibility to work remotely within Australia. Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience in healthcare or related industries, strong relationship-building skills, and a willingness to travel with a full driving

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in healthcare or medical devices.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales growth through execution of company strategy.
Educate, train, and support customers to drive substitution and loyalty growth.
Drive product launches and promotions.
Report and provide information to key decision-makers regarding ongoing performance.
Identify opportunities for retail pharmacies to adopt programs offered by the company.
Support the pharmacy to drive engagement with the program through training and performance reporting.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
