Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote) to architect our marketing engine with AI-first automation. You will replace manual processes with autonomous workflows leveraging Marketo and Salesforce.

You’ll manage day-to-day Marketo operations, investigate funnel leakage, optimize campaigns, and collaborate across teams to accelerate speed-to-market and improve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven Marketo experience with Salesforce integration.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design AI-assisted automation workflows.

Responsabilités

• Platform Management & Support: Manage day-to-day Marketo operations and ensure uptime.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot funnel leaks and routing issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive AI-driven campaign optimization and faster time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Align with Sales, IT and Product on initiatives.
