Employment Hero is a global, AI-first HR platform delivering a remote-first experience. We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with deep Marketo expertise to design autonomous, AI-enabled marketing workflows and dismantle manual processes.

You will orchestrate the marketing engine, drive data-driven improvements, and partner across marketing, sales, and product teams to eliminate friction and technical debt. This role offers remote work and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Marketo experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong CRM integration experience, especially with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to architect and optimize marketing workflows using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: run day-to-day Marketo operations for uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose funnel leakage, routing, scoring and sync issues with Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: continuously improve campaigns and automate repetitive tasks using AI.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: translate marketing and sales requirements into data constraints and solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on high-level projects to reduce technical debt and simplify the Marketo instance.
• List Operations Management: oversee data hygiene, segmentation and list execution with a view to automation.
• Ruthless Documentation: maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and workflows.
