Ethos is seeking experienced market intelligence managers to help train our AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role suits 4+ years in market research, competitive intelligence, or benchmarking with expert document craftsmanship.

Work 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start, at $70/hour. You will create, evaluate, and refine market analyses, pricing matrices, battlecards, and TAM models to inform go‑to‑market and product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting market research, competitive intelligence, or industry benchmarking in an agency, consulting, or in-house strategy role.
• Direct experience building market sizing models, competitor battlecards, or pricing matrices used to inform go-to-market or product decisions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: competitive landscape, market sizing models, and battlecard analyses.
• Develop pricing and feature comparison matrices to support go-to-market or product decisions.
• Summarize customer and stakeholder insights to inform strategic recommendations.
