Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy consultants to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine client-ready outputs across core workflows for executive materials and strategic analyses.

This remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week or more) with compensation of $100/hour and ASAP start, allowing you to work on your own schedule from anywhere.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated strategy documents and presentations
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive materials
• Conduct market entry and competitive positioning analyses
• Assist with operating model redesign workshops and deliverables
• Build sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews for engagement diagnostics
• Develop implementation roadmaps and change management playbooks
