Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced User Insights Manager to train AI models on professional document tasks. You will conduct 4+ years of user research, synthesize insights, and produce high-quality decks and journey maps. This role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours weekly, with ASAP start and compensation at $70/hour.

You’ll collaborate with a network of experts and researchers. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong written communication, experience turning raw data into actionable product

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding, survey design/statistics, and translating data into usability test findings decks and journey maps

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and surveys, managing the full study lifecycle
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and themed summaries
• Create high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to communicate results and recommendations
