Job summary

Ethos is hiring senior product managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD to launch, shaping AI-generated outputs across core workflows.

Fully remote, with flexible scheduling of 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Start date ASAP; compensation is $80/hour. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of PM experience, experience with A/B readouts, and exceptional document craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full product lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
