Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced creative directors to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) and a compensation of $80/hour, with ASAP start and self-managed schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer brands, plus a strong portfolio and expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks reflecting design judgment.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead brand strategy and creative direction for consumer or B2B branding collateral.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to ensure professional-quality outputs for campaigns and guidelines.
