Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced data analysts to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will design and evaluate AI-driven outputs, create dashboards, KPI reports, and self-serve templates for stakeholders.

Fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP. Must have 4+ years BI experience, SQL fluency, and expert document/writing craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs
