Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support operations in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This hybrid role combines on-site warehouse duties with remote flexibility, focusing on inventory control, order processing, and data management to keep the distribution network running smoothly.

You will liaise with drivers and logistics teams, generate inventory and shipment reports, and handle general admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate in administration or logistics is advantageous.
• Experience as Warehouse Administrator or similar role in logistics or FMCG.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments with correct documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to schedule deliveries.
• Generate reports on inventory, shipments, and efficiency.
• Manage communication between the warehouse, management, and clients.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
