Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a motivated, customer‑focussed logistics coordinator to join the depot team in Australia. In this ongoing temp role you will manage missed and delayed deliveries, coordinate rescheduled consignments and liaise directly with customers to resolve issues.

You will work closely with drivers, depot staff and internal teams, update information, maintain records and provide professional service to keep deliveries on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Able to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
