Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking an Operations Support Officer to connect customers, drivers, depot teams and fleet operations, ensuring freight is dispatched and delivered on time. You will be the glue that keeps daily transport admin running smoothly.

You track freight movements, communicate with customers and colleagues, coordinate fleet maintenance, and support the Fleet Controller. This role offers flexible work options and a collaborative, safety‑minded environment.

• Supporting the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations

• Spotting ways to do things better and helping make them happen
