Ec Group is seeking an experienced LMS Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform for Australian clients. You will work with stakeholders to enable learning, reporting, performance management and workforce development in a complex organisation.

The role covers implementation, integrations with HR and analytics, user adoption, and ongoing enhancements for a scalable, multi-tenant environment. Remote work arrangements are available, based in Australia.

Competenze

Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS platforms.
Experience integrating LMS with HR, reporting or workforce systems.
Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable learning solutions.
Knowledge of learner records, reporting, analytics and performance management.

Mansioni

Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
Deliver integrations between LMS and enterprise systems such as HR and reporting platforms.
Support learner management, program administration and reporting.
Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing across stakeholder groups.
Provide guidance on system optimisation and user adoption.
Develop implementation plans and delivery reporting.
