Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform. You will work with stakeholders to provide scalable, user-friendly solutions that support learning, reporting, performance management and workforce development in a complex organisation.

The role covers cloud-based LMS integrations, multi-tenant configurations and ongoing platform enhancements, with remote work arrangements

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Experience integrating LMS with HR and reporting systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of a Learning Management System solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems, including HR and reporting platforms.
• Support learner management, learning program administration, reporting and record management capabilities.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and support data sharing across stakeholder groups.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
• Provide advice on system optimisation, user adoption and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and gather business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, solution documentation and delivery reporting.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to key stakeholders and administrators.
